The staff were so friendly and helpful. They made my stay much comfortable. The waiter at the restaurant was considerate, friendly and always making sure that I got attended too. Front desk personnel did an awesome job.I like the food and room service. I liked that the room was very clean and the bed was comfy. My daughter was very sick and everyone made it so easier for us by assisting with taxi to go to doctor. Preparations of soup meals for her . Playing with her so she can get distracted. Overall I would like to thank everyone for the support and hospitality.

We had the suite, and there is an on and off Loud noise/sound all day and all night long, like a pump on the roof or something. And the TV reception is terrible. But the room was otherwise nice. Tough to sleep with the sound

The location of the room was great as well as the physical location of the property. The staff was awesome. Thanks to Leilani for easy check-in and check-out. The breakfast was great but the very same thing everyday. Not great for someone staying more than 3 days. We were not able to get in the pool so won't comment.

Breakfast was awesome and would have again. Location was great as many accesible places nearby at very short distance. Parking and security of my vehicle was superb. Pool was very good and enjoyed the short use of it. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were super friendly and also very helpfull with arranging taxis and tours. Rooms were standard and good. Breakfast was decent but nothing special.

Great location, close to the centre of town, and right on the Malecon. The hotel was pretty quiet, and the pool was good. The room was small but perfectly fine for a short stay. Breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful, and friendly.

Great location on the Bahia/Malecon right by the Aqui Incio Mexico sign. Every night the food carts are out on the Bahia by the hotel. Very close to the Ferry terminal to San Pedro Belize. Free breakfast had a selection of hot & cold food. Double Room with Two Double Beds is good for 4 people.

Excellent house keeping in our room, cleanliness was key! The food was scrumptious, I like the variety to choose from, and most of all waiters and staff are always friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. Will certainly go back there!

The room was spacious, tidy and comfortable, the restaurant was nice, and the staff was friendly. The included breakfast is open bar, and the food was nice. We felt that they gave us exactly what we paid for.
